The cutover to the new server has been completed and the websites are online. A few users have contacted us about email settings and the information below should give you the information you need to reconfigure your email accounts
Unable to connect
If you originally setup your email client or phone to connect to email using SSL you would have used “prizm.websitewelcome.com” as your incoming and outgoing mail server. (If your incoming server is something like “mail.yourdomain.com.au” you are not using SSL and your emails should be working.)
- If you use an iPhone go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords select the account you want to update then tap your name and email address at the top of the screen.
- Android users will need to check their manufacturer’s instructions for specifics but generally you can update server settings through the mail app on the device.
- Microsoft Outlook click on File > Account Settings > Account Settings and double click on the account you want to change.
For all devices or applications replace any instances of “prizm.websitewelcome.com” with “sg1-sr1.supercp.com”.
Your username and password do not need to be updated.
When you have reconnected or even if you have seen no break in connectivity, you may be missing some emails from the period between Tuesday and Thursday if you are using iMap or accessing your inbox from multiple devices. You can recover the missing emails by following the instructions below.
Go to https://184.108.40.206:2096 in Firefox/Chrome/Internet Explorer.
Depending on your browser settings you may receive a security warning.
Click on advanced and either “add an exception” or “proceed to https://220.127.116.11 (unsafe)”. It’s not really unsafe 😊.
When the Webmail login screen loads enter your full email address and password.
Select “roundcube” on the next screen. (You may have to click “Got it” in the top right of the screen to clear a welcome message.)
When roundcube loads you will see your old inbox. You can select the emails you are missing and forward them to your current email address.
